We ensure our established high quality on the market through a central QA test laboratory, decentralised production test rooms and automatic online measurement of profiles.

We measure the layer thicknesses of lacquer coatings, carry out hardness and density tests on the profiles and test the tensile and compressive load capacity. For profile projections to support series production, we use computer-controlled measuring microscopes in addition to 10:1 projections.
